このたび、青山学院大学大学院 教育人間科学研究科 教育学専攻に合格し、2026年4月より、認知科学者で学習科学、教育工学、協調学習がご専門の益川弘如先生のもとで学ぶことになりました。
私がオルタナティブ教育の現場で目の当たりにしてきたのは、入学当初には「学び」に拒絶反応すら示していた子どもたちが、伴走を重ねるうちに目を輝かせながら主体的に学んでいく姿でした。
「この光景を日本中の教育の標準にできたら」── それが、今回の受験の原点です。
先生方にコーチングの研修や学習スタイルを届ける中で、「いただいている時間や費用に対して最大限のことができているか」という問いにも直面してきました。
その答えを探す方法のひとつが「研究」だと思い至りました。
仕事と受験勉強（論文・英語・研究計画書・面接準備）の両立には、
メンタルコントロールも必要で、たくさんの工夫を重ねました。
また日本では「学習スタイル」の第一人者という立場で、いろいろな学習法を試してみました。
学びの記録や、子育てを終えた年齢からでも成長できる学び方を共有するために、
新たに note などを立ち上げ、皆さまに還元できたらと考えています。
20代の学生さんたちに今時の受験学習法を教えてもらい、
生成AIを私の「伴走バディ」として試験勉強を進めてきました。
きっと4月からの私自身の“学習観の変容”こそが、
これからの研究そのものの証明になるのだと思います。
これまでの学びと実践を礎に、
大学院では「認知科学」、「学習科学」の理論をもとに、教育現場の実践をより体系的に探究してまいります。
支えてくださった皆さま、そして学びのきっかけをくださった多くの方々に、心より感謝申し上げます。
これからも、一人ひとりの「学ぶ力」を信じ、
教育の可能性を広げていけるよう歩みを続けてまいります。
大学院では研究と実践を往還しながら、最新の「学習科学」を皆さまに届けてまいります。仕事のほうも続けますので、一緒に学びの変容を探求したい先生方ぜひお声掛けください！

From Delivering Learning to Exploring It Ourselves
I’m excited to share that I’ve been accepted into the Graduate School of Education, Psychology and Human Studies at Aoyama Gakuin University, where I’ll study learning sciences and cognitive science under Professor Hiroyuki Masukawa, starting April 2026.
Through my work in alternative education, I’ve witnessed children who once resisted learning come alive and learn with joy when supported with care. This inspired me to pursue research that can bring such transformation into more classrooms across Japan.
Balancing full-time work with entrance exam prep (papers, English, research proposal, interviews) wasn’t easy—but I explored many learning methods (including AI as a study partner!) and leaned on the very learning style strategies I’ve been teaching others.
From now on, I hope to share my own learning journey—from parenting to graduate study—and offer back insights into how we can all continue growing, at any stage of life.
And then… something magical happened.
Just after finishing my exam, feeling relieved and stepping off the elevator… who should walk toward me but SOLO-san from WSD!
He immediately brought me to the current WSD session, where I had an unexpected and joyful reunion with Yukarin. It truly felt like a sign from the universe—a beautiful reminder of how learning connects us in unseen ways.
From now on, I hope to document and share my journey—from parenting to graduate study—and invite more people into this world of joyful, self-directed learning.
